Set at the beautiful Yoga Garden yurt in the heart of the Sussex countryside, this introspective day will allow you to reset, rejuvenate and reconnect with your true nature, in nature.

A day of movement, breathwork, workshops, sound healing, and connection we invite you to join us in nature for time out from hustle and bustle.

So often we don’t allow ourselves to feel, to sense, to notice what’s really inside of us because we’re busy with work, life, family and responsibilities.

Taking time to reconnect to our bodies, our hearts, our minds and our souls allows us to show up better in day-to-day life, to have better relationships, and to feel better in ourselves as we live life.

For those wanting to integrate the practices from the retreat, we’ve added the option of a 1-1 session with Christine and a 1-1 session with Lauren after the retreat.

This helps to take the work initiated on the retreat and really embed it into your body and life, and customise it even further so that it has a bigger impact on how you feel and inhabit your body and your life.

These two 1:1 sessions will take place either in our London practice or online. (Sessions can include bodywork, energy healing, coaching, breathwork, yoga nidra or an Astrology (natal chart) consultation).

COST: £349 (includes both the retreat + two private sessions)
