Your birth chart is like a map, guiding you back home to yourself. It can be a potent tool for self awareness and aligning with who you truly are.
During your consultation we can explore themes that have been coming for you, what your strengths, growth edges, purpose and gifts are. I can also offer you healing tools to navigate any challenges you may be experiencing with more ease and to find meaning within them.
Additionally, these readings can help you to integrate and heal aspects of yourself that may have left you feeling stuck and blocked, so that you can confidently and courageously express your uniqueness out into the world.

Cost:
Initial consultations are 90 minutes @ £185 and held via Zoom (We generally explore your natal (birth) chart, transits and progressions, which you’ll receive a recording of).
Follow up consultations are 60 mins @ £125 or 90 mins £185.

TRAUMA INFORMED LIFE COACHING + Healing SEssions
(Online + In-Person)
This style of Life Coaching is about healing on all levels — emotionally, physically, relationally, energetically and spiritually.
I used the A.R.C.H model (taught by Heather Ensworth, Ph.D. & Kristina Lea) which works with the ancient shamanic medicine wheel as a path of self-awareness, healing and integration. It’s a way of working through all aspects of healing, of reclaiming your true self and coming into a place of integration, wholeness, freedom and empowerment in your life purpose.
What does a session look like?
First of all, I'll meet you wherever you are in your journey.
We’ll explore what’s coming up for you that feels ready to be healed. This isn't only talk therapy as we include the body, both via hands on healing (energy healing, craniosacral therapy or massage) as well as supporting you to self regulate and access the information and wisdom held within your body.
We may spend time integrating parts of you that have experienced wounding, trauma or are stuck in self limiting beliefs. We work on creating the change you seek within your internal world to see it reflected in your external world.
I also like to weave in Astrology consultations to help you connect with your soul self. To guide you in better understanding yourself, your challenges, gifts, purpose, and how your soul is wanting to learn and evolve.
The various tools I draw upon for these sessions are tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
Cost:
Sessions of 3 (3 x 60 minutes): £285

healing Sessions (In-Person)
This session involves drawing upon various modalities and tailoring each session to you. It may include a weaving of the following:
Intuitive Massage
Womb Healing
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Reiki
Sound Healing
I work with what I’m intuitively guided to support your body with, which can vary from session to session. For the Sound Healing, I use a combination of Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, voice & tuning forks amongst other instruments.
